how to book
and what to expect.
Here at Level, we do our booking a little different. Because we want to create a look tailored to you, we pair you with the barber or stylist who's specialties align with your needs. Starting from your initial text/call for an appointment, we will ask you several questions which helps determine the artist best suited for your needs. We will either send you their booking link, or we pass your number along and the artist reach out and take it from there. If you are wanting a color, you are likely to have a consultation scheduled first.
When you arrive at your appointment, find a seat, and feel free to text your stylist if you don’t already see them. The beverage station is halfway through the shop on the left, please make yourself comfortable, grab a drink and your barber/stylist to come to you.

We are a collective of barbers and stylists with varied backgrounds and specialties, who live for self expression through hair. We believe in collaboration over competition, so if you are wanting something that requires two specialties, you might work with two different artists.

PLEASE NOTE: Not everyone can do all services. Please read their bio. If their specialty aligns with what you're wanting, go ahead and book/message them.
